This workshop aims to enhance the understanding of labor welfare and related regulations for resource room personnel in higher education institutions. It will also provide insights into the concepts of job redesign for persons with disabilities and share practical experiences. Participants will improve their knowledge of how to assist individuals with disabilities in self-advocacy and empowerment.
