The good cycle of "You and I share the same good" - sustainable community advocacy, care and site management - Civil Rights Community Discussion Meeting
In order to implement the project goals and the service capacity of the base, the team held a community site inspection planning discussion meeting with CEO Qiu on February 19, 2013 (Monday) at the Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association. The outline of the discussion matters is as follows: 1. The USR project of "Good for You and Me" has been provided to support the community manpower in March. Relevant information will be provided to the CEO to assist in filling in the relevant information. The current recruiter is Mr. Chen Yunshui, an elder in the community. He is currently 74 years old. He is married to his wife. Taking care of the elderly is not an easy job and life is difficult, so I earn some living expenses by working at the Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association. The team We will collect further relevant information on 113/2/26 (Monday). 2. In terms of sales of one-bite cakes, the CEO responded to the association’s current preliminary statistics. After replacing the packaging designed by the team, the total sales volume of one-bite cakes has increased by approximately 30%, and the increased number of purchasing groups are (1). Internal volunteers, (2).Association cooperative units, (3). Students from the association’s strongholds and people who have purchased before (4) have fewer new external customers. The reasons why these groups increased their purchases are (1). The newly designed packaging is novel and lively, making it a decent gift for the New Year; (2). They already like the crispy taste; (3). Because it is produced and sold by the association. , food safety is more assured. 3. Collection of character stories-student group interviews and confirmation of creation-related information Instructor: Teacher Li Jiaying Interviews with volunteers and content: 15 people; understanding of the association, volunteer experience, mental journey and follow-up story creation Interview date and time: 3/19 (Tue) 13:00~16:00 [Interviews with students and volunteers] 4/9 (Tue) 13:00~16:00 [Co-creation by students and volunteers] 4/16 (Tue) 13:00~16:00 [Co-creation by students and volunteers] Remark: Students will work in groups of three. In the first class, students will be divided into groups to interview volunteers, record videos and take photos. In the subsequent two classes, they will work with base volunteers to create handmade volunteer story collection related materials. It is tentatively planned that two classrooms will be required to conduct this activity separately. , there are 15 volunteers. We will ask the CEO to assist in notifying volunteers to attend and vacate 2 classrooms during the three days of the event. The CEO will provide volunteers later. Job list. 4. Information related to Teacher Ji Jing’s lectures is as follows: Lecture title: Mental toughness preparation for farewell Lecture date: 113/3/13 (Wednesday) Lecture time: 13:00~15:00 Lecturer: Zhang Juhui, Secretary General of the Chinese Mental Health Association 5. After notifying the CEO, Director Minda will come to personally visit CEO Qiu (Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association & China Golden Point Community Promotion Alliance) after the school affairs work is completed.
