In order to implement the project goals and the service capacity of the base, the team held a community site inspection planning discussion meeting with CEO Qiu on March 5, 2013 (Tuesday) at the Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association. The outline of the discussion matters is as follows: 1. Students will work in groups of three. In the first class, students will be divided into groups to interview volunteers, record videos and take photos. In the subsequent two classes, they will work with base volunteers to create handmade volunteer story collection related materials. It is tentatively planned that two classrooms will be required to conduct this activity separately. , there are 10 volunteers. We will ask the CEO to assist in notifying volunteers to attend and vacate 2 classrooms during the three days of the event. The CEO will provide a list of volunteers later. 2.
