OIV is a 3D platform developed by the Situated and Immersive TELL Lab of National Taiwan Normal University in collaboration with a technology company, using mobile devices as a media. Through designing scene selection, functionality panel setup, object interaction, instructional objects, scene sharing, and special interactive features, it enhances interactive situational learning, improving students' learning outcomes and cognitive construction. Educators can create scene scripts, store them in a database to record learners' operational histories, and conduct intelligent data analysis to study students' learning processes. This system eliminates the need for traditional 3D modeling tools, simplifying the interface for educational technology.
