The purpose of this lecture was to teach students how to improve their English lesson plans. The speaker first introduced several bilingual teaching strategies, such as the sandwich method and the implementation of multimodal teaching. Then, the speaker explained the key factors to consider when selecting course topics. Finally, the speaker carefully provided feedback on the lesson plans written by the students, prompting them to think about how to use simple English to ensure that students fully understand the knowledge and messages the teacher wants to convey. Additionally, the speaker generously shared her rich teaching experience and various teaching materials, providing valuable resources and inspiration for the students. Through the various teaching strategies introduced by the speaker, students were able to apply them in future teaching activities and gain inspiration for course design. The suggestions provided by the speaker on the students' lesson plans also enabled them to improve their plans, refining both the content and the language of instruction. Through the speaker's experience sharing, students not only gained a wealth of teaching materials and inspiration but also developed a better understanding of the various details to consider during the teaching process.
