In order to implement the project goals and the service capacity of the base, the team held a community site inspection planning discussion meeting with Chairman Qiu at the Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association on May 2, 2013 (Thursday). The outline of the discussion matters is as follows: 1. Reporting matters: 1. Reply to our school’s plan to support one community manpower in May, and attach relevant information. 2. Can groups led by Shunyu Association participate in the video interview of the results of this project this year? CEO's reply: Volunteers who have been prescribed the loneliness prescription for the small group spiritual course led by Rushun need to be interviewed. Basically there is no problem, but the exact number of people, list, and time will need to be discussed with several volunteers. Please reply, the video interview may be arranged from June to August, and we will reply with the correct information after discussion. (Number of people, list, date, time) 3. Ask the CEO to provide photos of past, present, and future activities of the association. An activity name (20 to 30 photos) is required for students in Teacher Jiaying’s course to design and compile the results related to the association’s field. It is expected to go to the community base to collect USB and other related materials from the CEO on 5/16 (Thursday).
