Practical Experience Sharing in Inclusive Education in Preschools
The lecturer shared her experience of strategies and individual cases in inclusive education in preschools. The main points are as follows. The key to inclusive education in kindergartens lies in effective communication and collaboration between special education itinerant teachers and general education teachers, along with practical case examples. This involves analyzing the functions and purposes of behaviors and adjusting strategies for addressing problem behaviors. Special and general education teachers need to enhance professional knowledge, use observation tools effectively, accurately describe observations, and remain flexible to adjust strategies as needed, jointly supporting children with special needs. Collaborative efforts between teachers and parents help create a more inclusive learning environment for these children.
