Ms. Choi graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with an Honors Bachelor's Degree in Ballet. After graduation, she worked as a principal dancer in a dance company in Connecticut, USA from 2013 to 2016. During her time in the dance company, she played many major roles: The Nutcracker, Mermaid Princess ,snow White. She also collaborated with guest choreographer Sergei Vanaev to assume the main role of Ophelia in Hamlet. She is currently a full-time professional dancer at Stadttheater Bremerhaven in Germany.
