Associate Professor Liu Kunyi from the Department of Public Administration and Policy of Taipei University visited the AI ​​Enablement Autonomous Learning Class [Session 2] Application and Challenges of AI in Public Administration

The Department of Social and Public Affairs of Taipei City University used the weekend to hold the "AI-enabled independent learning" course and designed four lectures aimed at improving students' AI literacy and practical abilities. Session 2, "Applications and Challenges of AI in Public Administration," was lectured by Liu Kunyi, associate professor of the Department of Public Administration and Policy at Taipei University. This session focused on how AI can help the government's digital governance transformation. Professor Liu used real cases such as Taoyuan City's big data analysis platform to demonstrate the potential of AI in improving administrative efficiency and solving social problems. At the same time, he reminded students to be wary of the "illusions" and ethical challenges that generative AI may produce.
