The Taipei City Government improves the efficiency of public non-public land use, creates fiscal revenue, and achieves urban development goals through urban renewal, setting up land rights, and BOT. Through this lecture, students will have a clearer understanding of the role of urban finance in urban development. It also broadens the horizons of urban planning. In line with the goals of SDG 11 Sustainable Urban and Rural Development and SDG 17 Diversified Partnership.
