Professor Liu Sicen of the Department will guide the first-year students of the Environmental Education Course of the Department to lead 9 challenge activities related to food additives from Monday to Wednesday at noon during this Environmental Education Week, allowing participants to gain relevant knowledge while having fun. In addition, completing 3 levels of the game can collect 1 point, up to 3 points.
