The good cycle of "you and I share the same good" - sustainable community advocacy, care and site management - civil rights community discussion meeting
In order to implement the plan goals and the service capacity of the base, the team held a community field course training planning discussion meeting with CEO Qiu on July 4, 2013 (Thursday) at the Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association. The outline of the discussion matters is as follows: The "Social Media Management Training Course" aims to help the elderly learn and master the basic operations and applications of social media, thereby improving their information literacy and social skills. It will be led by Director Minda, Teacher Yiheng, Teacher Xinhui and Project members and students go to the community to take relevant courses together. The plan is as follows: Social media management training course-1 Course date: 113.07.12 (Friday) Course time: 09:00~12:00 Course location: Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association, New Taipei City - Grandpa Bear Baby Classroom (because there is a wrapping painting course in the large classroom) Course address: 4th Floor, No. 60, Minquan Road, Minzuili, Yonghe District, New Taipei City Estimated number of people attending class: 15~20 people [Notified by CEO meeting] Social media management training course-2 Course date: 113.07.19 (Friday) Course time: 09:00~12:00 Course location: Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association, New Taipei City - Grandpa Bear Baby Classroom (because there is a wrapping painting course in the large classroom) Course address: 4th Floor, No. 60, Minquan Road, Minzuili, Yonghe District, New Taipei City Estimated number of people attending class: 15~20 people [Notified by CEO meeting] [Coexistence of Green and Silver, Healthy Life] - The Walking Treasure Hunt activity encourages the elderly to develop good exercise habits on a regular basis through the use of the "Walking APP" developed by students led by Director Min Da, and promotes the community For communication and interaction, Director Minda, project members and students will go to the community to handle related activities. The plan is as follows: [Green and Silver Symbiosis, Healthy Life]-Walking and Treasure Hunting Event date: 113/08/09 (Friday) Activity time: 08:00~10:00 Event location: Yonghe District-Minzu Park (No. 33, Minzu Street, Yonghe District, New Taipei City) The activities are as follows: Time Event Content Venue Remarks 07:50-08:00 Gathering for registration & CEO’s spiritual message at the entrance of Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association 1F 08:00-08:15 Go to Nationalities Park No. 33, Minzu Street, Yonghe District, New Taipei City 08:15-09:45 Hiking and walking in National Park 09:45-10:00 Mission accomplished! Return to the association to take a group photo. 4F, Yonghe District Civil Rights Community Development Association Currently discussing with the CEO 113/08/09 (Friday) [Blue and Silver Symbiosis, Healthy Life] - Healthy Walking Fun Treasure Hunt Activity, the CEO thinks it would be better to set the time between 08:00~10:00 that day, because of the recent weather It’s very hot, so I hope they can walk to the Ethnic Park they adopted for 2 hours first, so as to avoid emergencies for the elderly that are difficult to handle. On the day, we will gather on the 1st floor of the association and set off to the Ethnic Park. The CEO Planning will invite "Volunteer Taiko" "Group", the CEO will also briefly introduce the process and details of adopting the park while walking in the ethnic park.Afterwards, she went back to the association to collect gifts and take a group photo. The CEO said that he would ask local news for an interview. If possible, she would also ask the director of the Social Affairs Bureau, the district mayor, and local councilors to participate in the grand event. For now, she planned to ask the director for instructions like this. The CEO said that he can discuss the details with you in person on 7/12 (Friday). (Minmin Society District Development Association Adopt Ethnic Park News https://m.life.tw/?app=view&no=97997) It was originally planned that the first 30 finishers would be given a trekking pole (150/piece). The CEO asked if it could be increased to 100 trekking poles. If we can't do it, she is thinking of a way! Please ask the director for instructions.
