Alumna Hsu An-Yi, a graduate of the Department of Track and Field at the University of Taipei, was selected for the Chinese Taipei Athletics Team to compete in the 2024 World Deaf Athletics Championships held at Taipei Stadium in Taiwan. She achieved an outstanding result by winning the silver medal in the women’s javelin event, bringing honor to the national team.
