Our department alumna, Huang, Ya-Chin, currently serves as the Director of the Guidance Office at Jiafeng Elementary School in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County. She has 20 years of teaching experience in elementary education, with nearly 10 years holding various administrative positions. She possesses a wealth of experience in teaching, administration, and parent-teacher communication. During her speech, She shared with current students how early childhood education training has benefited her teaching career, strategies for effective parent-teacher communication, and her insights on maintaining physical and mental well-being and achieving work-life balance.
