Immersive Reproduction of Taipei City West Cultural Landscape: Sustainable Practice Combining Humanities and Arts with Urban Marketing Training (Sanshi Street) - On-campus Consensus Meeting of the Planning Team

Matters for discussion: Musical schedule planning, planning details are as follows: (*)5/13-19 Recruiting students to serve as musical theater roles, coordinators, and staff (*)5/29 or 5/31 18:00-21:00 role selection (*)First draft of the script in mid-June (*) Recruiting extras at the end of June (*)7 months ago Confirmed music coordinator (*) In August, the song is completed, rehearsals are held once a week, and music needs to be added. (*)Rehearsal as a whole in early September, twice a week. Dance department and group performers join (*)In early October, the animation department joined (*)10/22 Enter the theater (*)10/24 Performance *Fuxiang Park provides additional assistance* Introduce lighting, sound, stage, costume and other professionals/companies and hold a cooperation meeting before July *To-do items* (1) Understand the professional background of Wu Yang (a graduate of the Department of Management) (hope to provide resume) (2) Have a holiday meeting with Wu Yang to arrange Wu Yang’s duties (3) During the rehearsal in August, I hope Wu Yang and Cheng Rui will be present together
