The 32nd Paris Olympics ended on August 12, 2024, with Team Taiwan winning two gold and five bronze medals. The men's doubles badminton gold medalists, Lee Yang and Wang Chi-Lin, along with their coach, Chen Hung-Lin, are all students of the Graduate Institute of Competitive Sports at the University of Taipei. Additionally, Lin Yu-Ting, who won the gold medal in the women's 57kg boxing event, was coached by Tseng Tzu-Chiang, an alumnus of the university. These gold-medal athletes and coaches have brought immense honor to Taiwan and their alma mater.
