In this lecture, we specially invited the director of Taipei City Zoo, Director Jin Shiqian, to share his experience. During the lecture, Director Jin, who used to be a veterinarian, shared many practical ways to get along with animals and kept mentioning the importance of different species of life. The director also shared a lot of animal conservation projects currently underway in Taiwan and gave us some professional knowledge on animal conservation, which really opened our eyes. Through Director Jin’s sharing, we have been able to further reflect on the relationship between humans and animals, and it has also aroused our interest in animal conservation.
