We invited Dr. Dai Yuan-Feng, a researcher and Director of the Personnel Office at the Institute for Information Industry, to give a speech in the seminar. Dr. Dai started with technology policy and, using case studies from both domestic and international companies, presented analytical results through charts. He guided students to think about how we should survive and further contribute to society in the rapidly accelerating technological transformation of the future.
