Due to his experience as the president and instructor of the NTU Debate Club, the Secretary wrote an opinion on behalf of the general public in a newspaper column on the topic of the ECFA talks, an action that opened the way for the Secretary to take the next step in his political career and become the strongest and most powerful spokesperson for the North City Government.
