Professor Wang Chin-Fang, from the Department of Martial Arts, competed in the women’s individual judo event at the 2025 World Masters Games. With outstanding performance and exceptional technique, she triumphed over strong competitors and won the gold medal, once again adding a brilliant achievement to her career and bringing great honor to our university. Professor Wang is a highly respected figure in Taiwan’s judo community. As a competitor, she achieved remarkable success, including winning a gold medal at the 2009 Summer Universiade and a silver medal at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou. After retiring from competition, she devoted herself fully to coaching and judo education. Currently, she serves as the head coach of our university’s judo team, committed to promoting grassroots sports and nurturing future talent. All of us at the university are immensely proud and extend our warmest congratulations to Professor Wang Chin-Fang. Her dedication and achievements truly embody the spirit of sportsmanship, education, and vitality, serving as an inspiring role model for our entire academic community.
