To promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Office of Sustainable Development is hosting a special series of "SDGs Lectures." This session invites instructors Mr. Chen You-Cheng and Ms. Wang Xiu-Wen from Cheng Shi Creative Workshop to lead a hands-on course that combines natural scented candles with themed lightweight clay creations. The course uses 100% plant-based soy wax—low-carbon, non-toxic, and renewable—demonstrating environmentally friendly lifestyle practices. Through the calming effects of fragrance and the hands-on crafting experience, participants are guided to relieve stress, improve concentration, and reflect on the relationship between humans and nature by shaping figures such as polar bears and the Earth, embodying a spirit of sustainability through creative expression.
