In order to enhance students' understanding of gender minorities, establish gender equality awareness, and promote the goal of a gender-friendly campus, the department's "Gender Relations and Counseling" course invited Mr. Peng Zhi-liu, deputy secretary-general of the non-governmental organization Gay Counseling Hotline and a member of the Taipei City Gender Equality Education Committee, to share his many years of experience in contact with gender minorities, help students understand the discrimination that gender minorities may encounter in school life, thereby increasing students' empathy and taking positive measures to create a more friendly and accepting campus atmosphere.
