Open Your Emotional Blind Box: Emotional Awareness Workshop

Through guided activities and discussions in the workshop, we aim to help students develop a deeper awareness of the stress and emotions they experience in their daily lives. This provides an opportunity for them to reflect on their emotional and behavioral responses, gain a more comprehensive understanding of themselves, and move toward greater acceptance and personal growth.
