This program aims to enhance university resource room counselors’ understanding of current job market trends and industry talent demands. Counselors will also gain insight into career development directions across different academic fields, strengthening their capacity to provide career counseling and connect resources for students with special needs. Additionally, by introducing essential workplace skills for newcomers and applications of AI career platforms, the program enhances counselors’ practical guidance abilities and helps students transition smoothly into the workforce.
