In accordance with Article 34 of the Regulations on Educare Services Personnel, the Department of Early Childhood Education provides an eight-hour Basic Life Support (BLS) training course. The curriculum includes CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), AED (automated external defibrillator) operation, the Heimlich maneuver, wound dressing, emergency splinting for fractures, and other emergency first aid techniques. The course is specially tailored to meet the needs of faculty and students in the Early Childhood Education Department, with added training focused on infants and young children.
