This seminar combines the two main themes of literature search and academic research ethics, aiming to familiarize faculty and students with the use of library resources and academic databases, and enhance their literature retrieval and management skills. The course also emphasizes the importance of research ethics, covering topics such as proper citation and avoiding plagiarism, the fundamental concepts of academic integrity, and the application process and considerations for human research ethics review (IRB). This allows participants to master research methods while adhering to standards and guidelines to ensure research quality and ethical responsibility.
