In this lecture, we invited Ms. Wu Hung-Yi, CEO of Yu-Neng Ark International Co., Ltd., to share her insights with us. Through an engaging Q&A session, she vividly discussed practical tips on writing résumés, handling interviews, and building interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Using real-life examples, she emphasized the importance of choosing a career that aligns with one’s personality and traits. She also introduced us to the DICS assessment, a tool for understanding our behavioral and professional styles. This inspiring session left us deeply impressed and enriched with valuable knowledge!
