This course combines traditional culture with physical training, allowing participants to experience the powerful and rhythmic art of lion dance firsthand. Led by professional lion dance instructors, the course covers basic lion dance steps, movement coordination, drum rhythm, and teamwork development. It also introduces the history and cultural significance of lion dance. Participants will learn how to express emotion and momentum through body language, cultivating focus, balance, and a spirit of cooperation. The course concludes with a performance where students don lion dance costumes and perform on stage, experiencing the glory and confidence of traditional performances and embracing the charm and pride of Chinese culture.
