This lecture featured a teacher who graduated from the Department of Early Childhood Education at Taipei City University, sharing her experience of changing careers from the field of early childhood education. The speaker mentioned that she decided to change her career path due to family reasons. Although she once felt anxious and uncertain, she realized that career transition also requires preparation and action. Through her personal journey, she encouraged us to participate in more activities and gradually explore new career directions, reminding us that no past experience is ever wasted. She encouraged everyone with these words: “Every path you walk will eventually bear fruit. Don’t be afraid of challenges—work is not a competition, but a process of discovering your true interests.”
