This lecture invited Dr. Li Luo-xun, a retired researcher from the National Academy for Educational Research, to share her research experience on integrating the topic of “traffic safety” into the curriculum and instruction at a preschool in New Taipei City. This study was based on “Project of Health Promoting Preschool” from the government. Through activities such as traffic safety education, checkpoint games, and thematic settings, both children and parents were able to explore, experience, and take action, thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of traffic safety and applying what they learned in their daily lives.
