This lecture invited a teacher from the affiliated kindergarten of Ximen Elementary School to explain to Early Childhood Education majors the meaning and goals of integrity education. Through videos and real-life examples, the speaker demonstrated how the concept of “integrity” can be integrated into young children’s daily routines, making an abstract value more concrete and accessible for children to understand and practice. In the second half of the lecture, the speaker further introduced key principles for designing integrity education activities. She explained the core ideas of integrity education step by step and illustrated how to incorporate diverse media and informational materials into instructional strategies to enhance children’s motivation and engagement. Through these approaches, the lecture aimed to equip future early childhood educators with effective methods for implementing integrity education in the classroom, thereby helping young children build a strong foundation of positive character.
