This lecture aimed to teach students how to handle job interviews, including preparation beforehand and ways to create a more effective résumé. The speaker first explained the importance of understanding the interview process and compared the differences between in-person and online interviews, along with the key points to pay attention to in each format. Next, the speaker used real examples to guide students in thinking about appropriate interview attire, résumé presentation, common interview questions, and effective answering techniques. Finally, through mock interview activities among students, everyone had the opportunity to apply what they learned and practice different interview skills. Through this lecture, students gained an understanding of how to present themselves more effectively, clearly express their abilities and characteristics, and grasp essential interview techniques. In addition, they became more familiar with the requirements of different interview formats, gaining clearer direction from résumé writing to on-the-spot responses. With hands-on practice, students were able to improve their spontaneity, confidence, and communication skills, better preparing themselves for future interviews.
