Mr. Liu Xianglong was invited to introduce domestic and international information about boccia to first-year graduate students in the transfer program, including the current status of boccia development and promotion (for people with disabilities, including the visually impaired and senior citizens), competition rules, domestic and international tournaments, and regulations regarding equipment, wheelchairs, and assistive devices. Following this, a hands-on workshop was arranged to familiarize students with the game's format, offensive and defensive strategies, and throwing techniques. A Q&A session at the end allowed students to ask questions, gaining a deeper understanding of boccia promotion, volunteer assistance, and the process of coach and referee training. It is hoped that these transfer graduate students will be able to contribute to the development of boccia in their future careers.
