Hands-On Manual Techniques & Body Alignment

This series focuses on safe, professional, and effective hands-on techniques for body assessment and manual application. Designed for both beginners and practitioners, the course begins with safety principles, professional ethics, and foundational body mechanics to ensure proper posture, controlled force application, and safe interaction with clients. Learners then develop fine palpation skills through muscle pathway identification and touch-based localization. Practical modules cover upper-body and lower-body manual technique flows, with special emphasis on understanding common neck pain patterns and identifying contributing factors. The series concludes with technique integration and practical assessment activities, enabling participants to combine knowledge, tactile skills, and application strategies. By the end of this training, students will be able to perform basic body evaluations, apply manual techniques safely, and enhance their professional competency in movement and posture-related work.
