This workshop is privileged to host Ms. Li-Ching Chang, an expert in Mathematics Education, who will serve as our professional mentor. During the session, pre-service teachers are required to design and conduct a ten-minute microteaching session based on the course curriculum. Following each demonstration, participants will receive constructive feedback from Ms. Chang and their peers. The event will conclude with Ms. Chang providing an overall debriefing and professional consultation on the trainees' collective performance. This activity aims to: Significantly enhance the trainees' practical pedagogical skills and provide valuable insights into real-world classroom settings. Equip pre-service teachers with the expert guidance necessary for thorough preparation for the upcoming Teacher Recruitment and Qualification Examinations, thereby improving their overall exam pass rates.
