2025 Academic Year Graduate Program Orientation
This experiential activity aimed to enhance interpersonal interaction and self-awareness. Through a series of fun and collaborative exercises, students quickly built connections and strengthened class teamwork. The session began with the “Energy Thermometer” for self-reflection, followed by “Teamwork Rock-Paper-Scissors” and “North–South–East–West Assembly” to break the ice and increase familiarity. “Name Speed Cards” boosted memory, reaction, and cooperation, while “Hearts and Hands” encouraged students to share their strengths, needs, and goals, deepening understanding and class cohesion. Overall, the activity effectively supported student interaction, self-awareness, and team spirit.
