The second workshop of the College of Humanities and Arts' 2025 Higher Education Deep Cultivation Project, themed "The Power of Soft Skills: Leadership and Communication," will be held on November 18, 2025. This workshop focuses on communication strategies and interpersonal influence in leadership situations. Through practical case studies and interactive activities, participants will be guided to improve their expression skills, listening skills, and teamwork awareness, cultivating key soft skills that enable them to exert influence in diverse environments.
