Interdisciplinary Program on Innovative Applications of AI Tools in Physical Fitness Training and Sports Injury Prevention

Students learn how AI tools can track training progress in real-time, analyze athletic data, and make adjustments to optimize results. The second section delves into future trends of AI in sports injury prediction and prevention. It explores how machine learning models can analyze an athlete's movement patterns, fatigue levels, and injury risks, allowing for early detection and personalized injury prevention strategies. Additionally, the course covers AI applications in rehabilitation, including monitoring recovery progress, analyzing rehabilitation data, and adjusting exercise prescriptions.
