This guest speaker lecture focused on "Local Revitalization for Leisure Farms/Campsites and AI Social Media Applications." Founder Chen You-ru of "Na San Na Gu" was invited to give students a deeper understanding of the actual operation and business thinking of the sports and leisure industry. Chen You-ru shared the revitalization journey of "Na San Na Gu," explaining how to combine Indigenous culture, the natural environment, and water activities to create a unique leisure farm and camping experience. He emphasized that "experience" is the core value of the leisure industry, where participants get close to nature under safe planning and generate emotional connections, while also driving local employment and tourism development, practicing the concept of local revitalization. This allowed students to understand that leisure sports are not just about the activities themselves, but also a transmission of culture and lifestyle. The farm provides diverse experiences such as natural river drifting, river trekking, ATVs, and "glamping." Summer river drifting attracts 5,000 participants, floating along clear streams to enjoy five-sense healing; river trekking goes upstream through giant rocks and shade to challenge limits; ATVs travel through valley forests with experiences like canyon swings; camper vans and glamping are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable sleeping pads, suitable for families and young groups to get close to the starry sky without setting up tents. These activities not only emphasize safety equipment and professional guidance but also integrate Atayal culture, such as Makauy spices and millet craft beer, which won a top ten souvenir award from the Council of Indigenous Peoples, promoting tribal crops and landscapes. Overall, this lecture not only complemented the practical aspects rarely touched upon in class but also made students rethink the future development direction of the leisure sports industry. This was a wonderful sharing session combining theory, practice, and technology, providing significant inspiration for future research or career planning.
