In this activity, a lecturer was invited to provide guidance on teaching demonstration techniques for teacher selection. Through the lecturer’s insights on preparation methods, the key points and essential focus areas of instruction were highlighted. Furthermore, by integrating real-world classroom scenarios, the program enabled fifth-year practicum students to gain a clearer understanding of how to prepare for teaching demonstrations, empowering them to meet future professional challenges.
