Born in Kyoto, she began studying classical ballet in childhood. She developed an interest in Contact Improvisation and attended workshops in Thailand to deepen her understanding, as well as traveling three times to Chengdu, China, as a workshop assistant. From 2018 to 2023, she was based in Shanghai, where she took part in diverse artistic and performance projects and also facilitated workshops. She also created and performed dance works for children. Since 2024, she has continued creating her own dance works and performances for children in Japan. She enjoys creating pieces characterized by improvisation and her unique sense of timing, sometimes incorporating interactive elements.
