Can Campus Entrepreneurship Work?!

Our institute was honored to invite Mr. Chang Shu-Wei, Chairman of Molong Co., Ltd., to deliver a keynote lecture and share his practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship with faculty and students. Drawing on his own entrepreneurial journey, Chairman Chang provided an in-depth analysis of the importance of market research, data analysis, and product positioning. He emphasized that successful entrepreneurship should be grounded in systematic thinking and strategic planning, rather than relying solely on intuition. Notably, Chairman Chang proposed concrete “zero-cost entrepreneurship” strategies tailored to the professional background of students in our department. He encouraged students to make effective use of existing resources, integrate their professional expertise with social media marketing, and begin by offering small-scale services or developing personal brands to accumulate value and gradually achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
