Credits for Workplace Success

English Version (Concise & Without “I/We”) The keynote lecture delivered by Pastor Lin Ching-Chung focused on the essential elements of workplace success. He emphasized that true success is not defined solely by competence, but by strong ethical values and character. Respect and humility are not merely formalities, but fundamental attitudes that form the foundation of lasting professional relationships. He further stated that truly valuable individuals are those who accomplish what others cannot. Continuous self-improvement, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial in building a competitive advantage. Persisting in harmful or meaningless behaviors reflects a lack of awareness and should be corrected promptly. Maintaining a positive mindset and focusing time and energy on meaningful goals are key principles for long-term success. Overall, the lecture highlighted that success is not only the accumulation of ability, but also the cultivation of character and values, which serve as the cornerstone of achievement in both career and life.
