Taking on major responsibilities proactively builds valuable experience, and the principle that “a good boss matters more than a good company” was highlighted as crucial for career development. The lecture also stressed the importance of humility, knowing when to act without arrogance, and maintaining the ability to think strategically while executing effectively, forming a steady path toward achieving a workplace comeback.
