To ensure that outbound exchange students are well-prepared in understanding their rights and responsibilities before studying abroad, Office of International Affairs is organizing a pre-departure orientation and nomination briefing. The session will cover topics such as nomination application, registration, accommodation, military service, and related obligations. The goal is to facilitate students' successful learning experiences abroad and their safe return home. A total of 95 outbound exchange students attended the session.
