💬 Description｜Event Overview To show care and appreciation for 🌏 international and overseas Chinese students who are studying diligently at our university, the Office of International Affairs warmly presents this semester’s Midterm Care Gathering 💕. Through this heartwarming event 🌿, we hope students can take a short break from their busy academic schedules, ✨ share their experiences and feelings about life in Taiwan, and 🏫 feel the school’s support and companionship — just like being part of a big family 💖. 🍨 Special Session｜Industry Talk by Snow King Ice Cream (Since 1947) To help international students better understand Taiwan’s ice cream industry, we are honored to invite Mr. Kao Ching-Feng, the current owner of Snow King Ice Cream, to share the inspiring story of this legendary brand founded in 1947 (the 36th year of the Republic of China). Starting from a humble ice cream cart on the streets, Snow King has now been passed down through three generations and is famous for offering more than 70 creative flavors — ranging from classic sweet favorites 🍓 to unique savory varieties like pork floss 🐷, pig’s feet 🦶, and sesame chicken 🍗! Mr. Kao emphasizes that “Localization is Globalization.” 🌍 He encourages international students to “create your own flavor of ice cream”, and inspires them to pursue entrepreneurship after graduation — building their own Italian 🇮🇹, French 🇫🇷, Japanese 🇯🇵, or Taiwanese 🇹🇼-style industries and flavors
