To help students from University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix College understand traditional Chinese educational culture, a visit to the Taipei Confucius Temple was arranged. During the visit, students learned about Confucius and Confucian philosophy, explored the temple’s architecture and ceremonial spaces, and experienced traditional rituals honoring Confucius and educational values. This activity allowed participants to deepen their understanding of Chinese culture and Taiwan’s local history, while fostering cross-cultural learning and appreciation through immersive cultural experiences.
