113-2 Intl. Student Support & Career Talk

In order to show care for international students who have traveled far to pursue their education in Taiwan, and to help them adapt to a new learning and living environment while easing the challenges and pressures they may face studying abroad, our university has thoughtfully organized a mid-semester support event during the 113-2 academic term. Through warm interactions, cultural exchange, and practical life support, we hope to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where international students can truly feel the care and support of the campus community. As part of this event, we are honored to invite Ms. Mu-Ling Ruan to deliver a career guidance seminar. The session will offer valuable advice to international students regarding future career development and the job-seeking process in Taiwan. Ms. Ruan encourages students to begin job searching as early as the first semester of their senior year. This approach allows companies to assist with work permit and residency application procedures, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition after graduation. Through this caring initiative and practical career support, our university hopes to help international students enjoy a fulfilling and joyful academic life in Taiwan, while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and compassionate learning environment where every student from around the world can thrive.
