To provide students from University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix College with an experience of Taiwanese culinary culture, the study tour included a DIY pineapple cake activity at Vigor Kobo. Under the guidance of instructors, students made their own pineapple cakes while learning about their history and production process. Through this hands-on experience, participants not only enjoyed tasting this iconic Taiwanese dessert but also gained a deeper understanding of local food culture and traditional craftsmanship, combining creativity with cultural learning in a fun and engaging way.
