As part of the 2025 Ministry of Education New Southbound Program, the India Holiday School, hosted by the University of Taipei, offers a Daily Mandarin Chinese course to enhance students’ practical communication skills in everyday life. The course covers common scenarios such as greetings, shopping, dining, and transportation, using interactive exercises and situational simulations to build language proficiency. In addition, the course introduces aspects of Taiwanese culture, allowing students to learn about local customs and traditions while practicing Mandarin. This program fosters both practical language skills and cross-cultural understanding for an immersive learning experience.
